We provide detailed, easy-to-read reports that outline any issues we find during our inspection, along with recommendations for repairs and maintenance. Our reports include photos and descriptions of any areas of concern. Reports are submitted to you within 24 hours of the inspection.

Drone Roof Inspections and Photography
Drone Roof Inspections are recommended when it is not safe for the inspector to get up on the roof. Conditions include Multiple stories, Roof Pitches of 6:12 or steeper, Roof materials that are not safe to walk on, and Wind and weather. Otherwise, an inspection will be done from the ground and from a ladder. Report will be noted that restrictions prohibit a thorough inspection of the roof.
Drone Photography is available to capture beautiful aerial view of your home and property. Photo packages include 6-12 photos and 3-5 short videos (unedited) of Home and property. Media can be emailed or saved on a memory card (additional cost)

Thermal imaging is NOT to determine R-value of insulation or to be used as an energy audit. Thermal imaging cannot see through walls or other solid materials. It can help identify thermal anomalies that cannot be seen and could be a potential problem.
